Alan is Of Counsel with the firm and has provided leadership to Rembolt Ludtke’s Business Services Practice Group for several years. His areas of specialty include business organizations and transactions, succession planning, entity governance, real estate, franchising and estate planning. He has led and negotiated several complex business transactions that had successful conclusions. He advises several of the firm’s business clients in the transition of ownership. He has been actively involved in several community, civic and charitable activities, with leadership positions in most of them.
