Troy serves as an attorney and advisor to businesses, business owners, organizations, and individuals, providing strategic advice, practical counsel and transactional expertise to help address issues they face. Troy’s primary areas of practice include business transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and technology, real estate, and telecommunications regulation. Troy spends much of his non-working hours enjoying spending time with his wife and three children, serving at their church, and engaging in any number of outdoor activities.
